NIRC Mobile Notary is a licensed Notary by the State of Florida.
We offer various types of Notary services. These include acknowledgments, Jurats, copy certifications, signature witnessing, vehicle VIN certification, and safety deposit content verification
just to name a few. As Florida Loan Signing Agents, we notarize
mortgage loan applications, new home purchases, reverse
mortgages, quick claim deeds, refinance documents, and wills.
In Florida, we can perform marriages as well. Notaries are not attorneys nor do we offer legal advice. Please consult an attorney
for legal assistance. Notary acts and their fees are set by the
State of Florida. This simply means that per stamp,
the fee is $10.00. Marriages are $30.00.
We are allowed to charge associated fees in the performance
of our duties such as milage (outside of Sebastian, Florida), and witness fees if you are going to need witnesses and you can not supply them. We may charge for the time involved up and beyond the normal scope of performing our services such as lengthy or extra tasks involved in performing our job beyond the "stamp". Examples would be asking for extra set-ups at a wedding, extensive time in inventory with a safe deposit box or a client not being ready for our services upon arrival with us having to wait for extended periods. Fees for the performance of NSA services are separate due to the technical aspects of each type of loan or document service. Our fee schedule will be discussed with the Title Agency or Financial Institution upon entering into a contract discussion.

We service Northern Indian River County and Southern Brevard. Outside of the City of Sebastian, we also charge 65 cents a mile to travel to your location.

NIRC Mobile Notary is bonded and insured as required by Law. We are also background-checked yearly.

Over 5 years of Experience
Mr. Garton became a notary while living in Brevard County, Florida back in 2017. Roy and his wife took a break when they decided to move to Tennessee. Upon the decision to move back to Florida, Roy re-instated his notary certification. Being a notary in Florida is unique, and exciting, and notaries in Florida have more responsibilities than most notaries in other states. Roy and his wife make their home in Sebastian, Florida. Besides being a notary, Roy is also a digital media professional. NIRC Mobile Notary is part of the FDMC Digital Media and Publishing Family of Businesses.
We do not accept personal checks. Debit and credit cards are accepted if your fees exceed $30.00.
